The hotel is really big and has a nice pool, beautiful lobby - a great choice for breakfast! I liked the balcony with separate bed - for relaxation and a big table. The room itself was made in vintage style - very beautiful. Lots of space. The bed is also a fairy tale - just huge! The hotel also provides a separate towel and a special mattress for the beach - delighted and comfortable! There is a fridge.
Of course, there were a lot of joints. First of all, we arrived the next morning - the hotel was paid for and when we arrived the room was not ready (it was made 30-40 minutes!). The air conditioning blows right on the bed and so I stayed idle on the first day - thoughtlessly horrible, the hotel price is inadequate for what you get. If you reduce it by half 2-3 it will correspond to the service/quality that you get. And so the overpayment is huge just for space. Your money is certainly not worth it, you can for the same money to find options much better, so think before checking in - is it necessary? Shower - it's just a quiet horror, as it was possible to make a shower faucet in the bath and the distance to it is 30 centimeters! The water flies by - the whole bath sinks - the moisture - everything in the water - without cleaning the room every day will dry out. Who designed the bathtub - a mystery.

everything was really beautiful at this low cost hotel. the staff was especially helpful, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. they gave me honeymoon king room with balcony and a bath tub plus great accessories. the breakfast was savoury with a wide range of meals. i found the venue's location perfect and excellent, just next door to the shop and a lot of foods and almost on the beach 5 minutes walk.

Clean, very comfortable beds, pillows, soft blankets. There are shutters on the windows. Excellent bath accessories set with coconut scent. Quite a few towels. Got a beach bag, beach mat and towels. There are umbrellas. Very good breakfasts. The staff of the restaurant is just wonderful :) There is a parrot living on the territory of the hotel, he has his own villa by the pool, there he usually spends time talking to guests :).
Accommodation was paid in advance, on arrival they demanded my card to write off one baht, two times it was not paid, and the girl at the reception said that if now the third time she can not rent one baht, we will have to pay for the accommodation again, not quite clear such a policy of hotel management. Fortunately, for the third time, she was able to get a write-off operation and we were checked in... The view from our room was terrible (some walls of nearby buildings and roofs of small buildings). We booked a room with one bed, but the fact was that there were two. After the reception, the beds were moved and turned into one.

I liked the design of the hotel, the pool area was lovely.
Unfortunately the Burasari was mosquito infested. Most hotels we have stayed in in Thailand always fumigate but this did not seem the case with the Burisari.

The pool was enclosed in trees, with a private deck, very quiet and peaceful.
Once you add a bed into a twin-sharing room it becomes rather small.

Very friendly staff. Naughty Radish and Juice Bar are both great, fresh, healthy places to eat. Restaurant staff are kind and helpful. Pool is nice, although all the plants around the perimeter brought some strange bugs floating around (but the plants brought a nice ambiance). Also, the bottom of the pool had some grime on it. Water seemed clean, though other than that.
We had just arrived in our room and found a big rat on the balcony. The staff responded quickly and tried to catch the rat. However, the rat ran back and forth across the balconies. The staff left us and we thought the rat had left, but then realized it came back. The woman that helped us move rooms was very kind and apologetic and finally found us a different room to move into. But, I was very surprised that NOTHING was done as a courtesy for us because of the trouble that we were put through. We literally spent 2 - 3 hours dealing with the rat and then trying to find another room, pack our things and move. Another problem was with the Spa. I was about 4.5 months pregnant when I went to the spa, and they refused to work on my back. I had previously stayed at 5 star hotels in Bangkok and 4 star hotels in Phuket, and they all had no problem working around my pregnancy. I understand that Thai massage is full body, but the other spas knew how to still give me an excellent massage and avoid potential problems with my pregnancy. We had originally planned to stay another 2 nights because we really liked the hotel (despite the rat), but because of the spa, we checked out and moved next door to the Marriott Courtyard where they had no problem giving massages to a pregnant woman. Upon checkout, I received a printed invoice with charges that were incurred at the restaurants, but I never received any invoice for the actual room charges. I need this receipt and emailed their website on October 24th with no response. I called October 28 and was told that someone would respond to me that day. Then, I called again on October 31st with no answer and emailed again on Oct 31 with no response. The people at this hotel are so kind and friendly, but once you leave the hotel, it seems that they don't care at all about thecustomers. This is terrible customer service. I will never return and will tell all that I know about my experiences

It was fairly clean, everyone was extremely friendly and really friendly. The setting was favourable, not far from major tourist attractions, Patong beach and lively surrounding streets with restaurants and bars and Shopping center.
Didn't like the area, it was quite dirty.

The welcome drink and aromatherapy towel were such nice touches when I arrived. I really enjoyed the relaxing outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge during my stay. The breakfast was decent, but I wish there had been a bit more variety for Western options. 😊
